Did my weight lifting today then hit the treadmill for 30 minutes. When I got home I noticed I had some blood in my left nasal cavity I guess you could call it, not dripping out or anything but noticed it when I looked into the mirror. This has never happened before but I usually just do 20 minutes, today was the first time I did 30 minutes.
Looked around and saw some possiblities were dry air and high BP. Guess the air is still a bit dry around here being my skin is dry still and I have to still use lotion yet which I don't in the summer. BP was a bit on the low side I had it checked two weeks ago at 64/106 or something like that, also the back right side of my throat started to get sore about 20 minutes in and stayed fairly sore til about 10 minutes after I was done.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas and if the dry air is more than likely the culprit. Never had a nose bleed before while running but never pushed myself as hard. Also noticed about 20 minutes in my nose began to get a bit runny. Guess I wont worry about it too much right now but if it keeps happening I'll give the doctor a call.
Did 30 minutes between 5.5-6.0 mph at 0% incline.
Any help or input is appreciated thanks.
