Due to knee injuries in the past, my legs are way behind the rest of my body. Is there a guideline or rule of thumb regarding the percentage of body mass / weight a person has in their legs? I am just wondering how much weight I can expect to add by bringing my legs back up.

i found a proportions chart that shows what the ideal measurements are per inches (i am 1 inch off for thighs and .5 inch off for calves). still looking for a chart or idea on how that would translate into pounds.

It seems symmetry wise the most desirable physiques are people who's arms, calves and neck measure very close to the same. But everyone is built differently just shoot for what you want to look like and what works on your body.

I am recovering from a hamstring tear, so I'm in the same boat as you brah.
Remember though, the bigger your legs are, the bigger you can get your upper body.
