Hey everyone,

This is the show I've been preparing for over the past 4-5 months. I started my pre-contest diet and change in training to some degree exactly 12 weeks out.

I'm less than 3 weeks out now!

So I'm getting close.

Is anyone else from here competing in this show?

I still have some things to work on. Here is a video from a quick posing section after tanning last night:

I should hit the stage at around 170 pounds. I'm looking forward to my return to Phoenix. I used to live there back in 2001 and haven't been back since!

Just wrapping things up with the final 2.5 weeks of preparation to go.

A few recent pics: (They were taken at about 5 weeks out, but the video posted above was taken yesterday, 2.75 weeks out)

Any suggestions in the final weeks?

Thanks so much! I look forward to getting back on stage.

I'm really looking forward to getting back on stage. I just won my novice class last week at an INBA show so I hope for a repeat in the desert!

I came in 5th of 8 in the Men's Open Middleweight division in a Pro Qualifier. I feel pretty good about it and it was highly competitive.

I compete again this weekend at the NPC Bill Pearl Classic in Bend, OR.

Then I'm taking a break. This will be my 3rd contest in 4 weeks in 3 totally different locations.

I competed again this past weekend at the NPC Bill Pearl Classic.

I came in 3rd of 6 in the Novice Middleweight class.

It was my 3rd show in 4 weeks.

Now I'm taking a bit of a break.

I had a great time at each show and finished 1st, 5th and 3rd during the process.

Next up.....July 11th at the NPC Oregon State Championships
