You made the 2 first attempts look ridicolously easy bro, why did you go so light?

I didn't see the 3rd attempt because of my **** connection -_-

i had strained my glute earlier in the week, and didn't want to go too heavy and bomb out if it started hurting.

but that happened anyways so i should have gone heavier ..heh :P

Man, I was impressed by the two first attempts. You made it look like you're lifting nothing at all. I was disapointed with the third though. Thought you would make it.

Anyways, Amazing job !

Ouch...I felt that last lift. The spotting kinda sucked, should have grabbed you as soon as you started to descend a second time.

Nice form, only recomendation would be to try to grip the bar further out. Would help your stability a bit. Nice job keeping your elbows facing down and not back though.

I could be wrong on this but your suit looks really loose around your thighs, aren't they suppose to be supper tight?

It's a singlet rather than a squat suit, if thats what you meant by suit. Singlets don't need to be super tight its just standard rules to wear one.

And nice squatting SnoCone, good luck with recovery.
