Good luck in your prep man, you are in for a hell of an experience. Speaking from my experiences with my own prep so far, it will be one of the most rewarding and painful things you have ever done :) Concerning workouts and rep ranges at 12 weeks out, I suggest keeping your workouts as close to your offseason workouts as possible, keeping things moderate to heavy, and improving lifts anywhere you can. These next 4-8 weeks are more than likely your last chance to improve any lifts until after prep - strength will begin to fall off when you hit a certain leanness, and you want to be sure and have as much to spare as possible.

I agree.....train like you were when bulking. Keep it heavy and intense.
