That might be my favorite website of all time. Everything in the articles section is pure brilliance. I've never tried that particular workout but I just know how well Kelly Baggett understands improving sports performance so I can only imagine that it will be effective. Give it a shot and let us know. Also, do yourself a favor and read some of the other articles if you haven't already.

I did some research on it and some teen went from 265 to 295 on it.

Should I take 4 days break from my current program and then start it?

looks difficult. on week 6 you would be expected to do 5 reps with 95% of your max, then a single at 110%. but the article is great either way and it would probably be pretty productive.

Aegis it's up to you. The program reminds me of a condensed 5X5. It starts out very easy and as JiP says, gets harder later in the program but this is no different than 5X5. In 5X5 you're doing 100% of your max for 5 reps in Week 9 and I know many people on this board, myself included, have been able to do that. The light load at the beginning should allow you to go right into the program but again, it's up to you.

It sounds hard, but I think it's definitely something that can work. Mainly because I think the site aims to attract beginning lifters, whether that is for the best or not, is not something I'm debating, but yeah...

30lbs in that space of time for a noob is more than achievable.

My last workout is friday...since the top set for the first workout is my warm up weight (185) i'm gonna start it tuesday....sound good?

It also has failure test (max reps) if you get 8+ then you move your max up 5 pounds...I'm gonna just put it at 250...even though I could probaly hit 255 right now

My last bench workout was 220 5,5,5,5,2...think 250 sounds reasonable? or should I bump it up?
