A bench presser I wouldn't mind posting their videos and pictures every other day. I bet he owns a shirt with sleeves too.

Because benching shirted - raw doesn't work
my bench has only just started to take off as I began touching higher and flairing my elbows more.

well assuming his max is probably low-mid 600's which is absolutely ridiculous but still believable this would be possible. Plus he is ranked on plwatch ext.

Why? Just because it's an even lighter weight? I think he could just rep it out like it was nothing. I guess until lactic acid really kicked in...

I agree with that yes. However I dont see how using less leg drive/ back arch is going to help.
If I hear a single ******* say that chest strength is number 1531352452523452 on the list of bench importance I will strangle a mother ****er though.

25rm is roughly 50% of your 1rm (give or take 10%)
That would give him a theoretical 1rm raw of 800??

Theoretically, I guess. Law of diminishing returns has to come into play though, but it's possible, maybe.

some people benifit minimally from arching, im one of them, but the way i arch helps me with leg drive, there is probably a 10 lb difference between my bench flat back vs arch if i go without legdrive.... but the whole tucking elbows like mad and touching super low deal just doesn't work for raw. the only reasion people touch very low with a shirt is to get away from the support of the shirt so they can touch.
lulz, with raw benching chest is the #1 primary mover, maybe shoulder #2, you never hear of tricep tears benching raw, you hear of pec tears and shoulder problems most common.

I wonder how many times he can rep 225?
*At the 2006 NFL combine Mike Kudla of Ohio State benched 225lbs 45 times* - The current NFL combine record holder as far as I can find.
Not sure what the world record is though. Supposedly Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman could do it 60+ times. Theres a couple videos floating around youtube of people doing it in the 60's with decent ROM.
