Any vegetable that grows above ground is usually ok.

Usually if it's a green veggie, it's ok. Broccoli is one of the best, Spinach is right up there. I don't see green beans listed on the site, but they should be fine.

Green Beans are fine, snow peas and peas are not.

Green beans only have 2.6c per serving and about 2.5c of fiber which doesn't count towards your total so it is a heathly choice.

Man,I'll never get this.Why aren't peas ok?I've been having a 1/2 cup with my 5th meal,that's probably what's screwing me up.What about broc.?

Peas have a lot of natural sugars in them.

Broccoli is the BEST! Lots of fiber. And since it's keto, you can drown it in cheese or butter!
