Better choice would be steel cut oats,..then add sugar free maple syrup, zero calorie spray butter and a dash of salt.

Sure,..splenda is fine,..add some cinamon,..this is what I am doing now for peak week.

i do quads/hams/calves on monday

tuesday i do chest/biceps

wed is a off day

thursday is back /triceps

friday is shoulders/traps

abs are done monday through friday

currently i'm doing 45 minutes of low intensity cardio after each workout and on saturday and sunday i do 90 minutes low intensity

i usually switch up exercises every workout never do the same workout twice. sometimes i go high reps sometimes low reps. sometimes drops sets supersets giant sets it depends. but i have been ending my workouts with a exercise i do for 7 sets with only 30 seconds rest between sets for a wicked pump. like for back today i did cable rows with a v bar and triceps i did standing rope extensions.

I change it up too but damn everyone has some kinda basics they do as staples

really to be honest with you i don't have staples. i'm working more for upper chest thickness in the back and calves are my emphasis right now. i seen your pic dan your not down champions anymore?

and dont worry bout gaining thickness right now. you're cutting you arent gonna make any size improvements

i'm going to take my bodyfat % tomorrow and get some pics up here. but from what i see in the mirror things are coming along.
