As I've been doing db flies on a bench on my back for a bit, I'm thinking I'll start doing incline db flies in with my routine.

Does it matter if I'm doing one set of flies right after the other?? Or should I alternate days??

My question is...

Why havent you been doing them already?
Do them in the same workout. No need to switch days.
You need to hit the upper chest just as much as regular flat chest.
Do your 3-4 sets of regular then 3-4 sets of incline. Or whatever
your plan is.

Have been developing my routines as I go and have been finding what works best, so onward ho!!!

Yes most definitely hit them in the same workout. Hit your chest from all angles and watch it change before your eyes. LOL

Honestly you should be hitting 3 areas of your pectorals (chest). The top via incline bench, mid (done via flat bench press/flyes), and bottom on the decline bench. You might want to try the following routine below to really develop your chest. Best wishes to you...

1. 2-3 sets of DB Press
2. 2-3 sets of DB Flyes

3. 2-3 sets of Incline Press
4. 2-3 sets of Incline Flyes

5. 2-3 sets of Decline Press
6. 2-3 sets of Decline Flyes
