So im a "HARDCORE" endomorph, no matter what I do I cant seem to keep the weight off and this is the reason for my low carbs. My father is and anesthesiologist and is convinced i'm a diabetic. Im going to be tested on Saturday so im keeping my fingers crossed.

Im currently nine weeks out i'll have pictures up this sunday but I thought I would post my diet because my parents say im starving myself and not eating enuff. Well... I tell myself there not body builders so here it is.

looks good calorie wise, but what does your training consist of? how active are you?

when i was first slicing up i went to low i feel and crashed. i didnt factor in that i was walking 4-5 miles a day, which is from campus walking and walking to and from the gym as well as bartending at night for 6 hrs.

you should consider what you do on a daily basis, than look at what you should be eatting.

Hey good luck on your contest. Heres what i'd recomend on for your diet.

Get off the diet your currently on and jump to either the get shredded diet http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_diet_mass/the_get_shredded_diet

or the anabolic diet. The diet you are on now, you are having very low carbs and very low fats, body is using protein for fuel. Your probably feeling like **** and hungry all the time because body doesnt have adequate supply of energy substrates.

I've used the get shredded diet and it worked awesome. take a look and i know its against what most ppl on here would recommend but you have to be bold and do something different in order to stand out. the diet works and will get you shredded!!

haha well you hit that right! My energy levels are in the toilet, but i actually am adding muscle :) just had bf from calipers and electronic machine done. And am up 2lbs of LBM since beginning of cut. First year building so newb gains.

I'll look into the diet the only problem I see with high fat high protein diets like the one I think... you recommended is once im off of the diet my body just cant manage the carbs once im back to normal. I previously did the Atkins diet when i was like...14 or so and experienced weight gain once off the diet.

the diets i recomended are cyclical. You still have carbs but they are timed correctly. And if you do the anabolic diet, you never have to get off. its very good even for bulking. energy levels are smooth and staedy.

And check out Charles Poliquin's writings, he is a famous and very good trainer. According to him, most people do not need more than 50g of carbs per day. Good fats, good proteins and well timed supplementation of BCAA and glutamine. Give it a try your young you have time to experiment.

I've been on the anabolic diet for almost 1 year and a half now. First used it to cut up for my contest now im using it to gain muscle. I've gained over 45lbs body fat is around 10.5% according to my scale, calipers show me lower.
