I recently purchased four supplements in bulk and made my own pre, during and post workout formula. I bought mono creatine, beta-alanine, aakg and caffeine. Mix it up with some gatorade powder and drink it through my workout. It seems to be working great! Lots of energy and a great pump. Any body think it's a good idea (I know the reps don't). The amounts are
5 grams mono
3 grams beta alanine
3.5 grams aakg
200mg of caffeine.
I think $75 will last meet about 3 months.
