Hi All, I would very much like your thought on my current "bulking diet" this is to build as much muscle as I can.

06:00 Shake - 1.5 scoops whey protein, 1/2 tsp glutamine, 1/2 cup oats, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 150ml fat-free milk

09:00 - 3 boiled eggs, 1/2 avo

12:00 - 1 chicken breast, 1/2 avo

15:00 - Shake - 1.5 scoops whey protein, 1/2 tsp glutamine, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 150ml fat-free milk

17:00 - supper - mac and cheese or spaghetti bolognaise or fish, mash, veg etc.

19:00 - Shake - 1.5 scoops whey protein, 1/2 tsp glutamine, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 150ml fat-free milk

Female - was 49.9kg, after 1 month, 53.8kg

I would use one shake (post wo) and the rest whole, clean foods.

I would have to know your stats, bf%, w/o schedule, calorie count, macros to give more advice.
