Managed to dislocate my SI joint last week while attempting to save a falling deadlift (yes, I know it was a stupid thing to do!). Dislodged in both anterior and superior direction - which apparently is difficult to do.
An hour with an osteopath and I felt and heard it go back into place (therapeutic discomfort he called it).
Currently having trouble getting moving in the morning, but fine once I get going, so long as I don't walk to long.
Tried a few upper body bits today - which seemed OK. The injury didn't like machine leg extensions, I guess because the quads originate on the Illium, so I was pulling the injury apart.
I think I'll give the deadlifts a rest for a while
