breaking at the knees, there is a lot of knee travel, and you need to lose the pad

this. and get some new shoes. i wouldn't squat in running shoes if i were you. you're better off going barefoot if nothing else.

Lower back starts rounding towards the bottom.

My girlfriend is man enough to rack a bar straight on her shoulders. You should aspire to do the same.

You have a slight butt wink at the bottom. Get new shoes. Lose the bitch pad. You are also breaking at the knees. Try to start your squat with your hips moving backwards not just down.

alright I'lll lose the pad.

How do I prevent my lower back from rounding at the end?

What does knee break mean, and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks

alright I'lll lose the pad.Good.

How do I prevent my lower back from rounding at the end?Stretch your hamstrings, and try to stay as tight as possible at the bottom

What does knee break mean, and how do I get rid of it?Your knees move before your hips do. Initiate the squat by sitting back, as if you were going to sit on your toilet, instead of dropping down.

Thanks

alright I'lll lose the pad.

good

How do I prevent my lower back from rounding at the end?

improve flexibility throughout the hips/hams, focus on maintaining your arch through the lift

What does knee break mean, and how do I get rid of it?

it means you are dropping straight down as opposed to sitting back, not necessarily a bad thing, but not a powerlifting style squat
Thanks
