Hey. I'm 16 and I'm very active. I run like every other day. Eat healthy as **** even a bannana is like desert for me right. And i have a lttle belly not big but you wouldn't belive it on a skinny guy like me i weigh 150. How do i burn this off, it feels like its impossible. I've tried everything. By teh way i posted this in age over 35 cuz adults are smarter/.

How far are you running?

Are you doing any lifting?

You say you eat health elaborate.....

Ok so i run 1 hour on the treadmill at high speed my shirt is ussually wet and my under armour. But i only run that hard once a week normall its like a 30 min fast jog. I workout a lot. My strength is incredible. Everyday i workout. I eat chicken fish take the skins off barely eat bread and when i do its 100% whole wheat. Drink lots of water too.

you probably need to eat more and do resistance training.

you are probably not eating enough and your body has canabalized the muscle.

So this week run at moderate speed for 2 hours and 45 minutes the rest of the days.

Most of the people on here are not going to give you this answer. If you weigh 150 and have a slight belly, your genetics may not let you have a six pack. This is only my opinion. Personally I can have a flat stomach but I will never have ripped abs due to my genetics. Some of us are blessed and some are not. That doesn't mean you can't try and have the best body possible. good luck
