Today is Friday of week 2 of my keto-ing. I'm not feeling like a zombie like most threads suggest I should by the second week. I'd actually like to not go pig out on carbs, one because I'm afraid that it will **** me up and two it doesn't feel like I really "need" it or else I'm die.
Would it be detrimental to my gains/body/diet if I tried to not carb up until possibly the weekend after?
