I'm trying to find a paper, but my institution does not have access. the paper is:

i'm doing my final project on the glycemic index and recovery from sports performance. I found this paper mention in an existing review, talking about how it grouped the carbohydrates by GI, but this isn't mention in the abstract. I want to include it but want to have a read first.
So if anyone can find a pdf/full text, i'll appreciate it and rep!
