The sample diet's they prove in this book are barely 2000 calories



meal 1 -
1 cup of eggs, 1 cup snipach, 2 servings of veggies
1/3 cup of oats with 1 serving fruit
1 fish oil caps

meal 2 -
1 cup of water with 2 scoops of protein,
1 cup of frozen berries,
2 tbs mixed nuts,
2 tbs ground flax seeds,
1/2 cup of fat free plain yogourt
1 serving of veggies

meal 3 -
6oz extra lean Ground beef or chicken,
2 oz whole wheat pasta,
1/2 cup beans or lentils,
3 servings of veggies,
1 fish oil caps

meal 4 -
1 cup of water with 2 scoops of protein,
1 cup of frozen berries,

2 tbs ground flax seeds,
1/2 cup of fat free plain yogourt

meal 5 -
6oz extra lean Ground beef or chicken,
1 sweet potato,
1/2 cup beans or lentils,

this is barel 2k calories

There are several sample diets for several different scenarios and different weights. Whats your point?

my point is 2kcalories isnt alot, i practicaly spend 1kcals a day..

when i am training at full pace and cutting weight i probably expend way more than 1k calories and only eat 1.5k


it is about quality not quantity

And as already discussed, there are other diet examples in the book, not just that one. So your point is already made null and void. And then for further destruction of your point, depending on your weight and goals, 2000 calories a day is a completely adequate amount of calories.

i dunno, when i take more calories i get WAY better str gains and 2k cals im affraid it'll affect my strength
