Hey there Vanmuscle...just watching the Canucks get spanked here..still the third period though:)

So what type of program are you on? Myself I'm currently switching over to a strength program for the next four weeks. Majority of sets will be consisting of 1- 5 reps.

Also, I train close to Lougheed Mall in Burnaby, what about yourself?

Anyways, intermission is almost over, gonna get back to the third period here..should be interesting...

Hey smoothprince,
I live, work, and train downtown... Don't get out to Lougheed too often. I basically train 4-5 days/week, each body part once. Try to mix it up a bit with some yoga a couple times per week. Right now, trying to cut for summer. And yeah, if the Canucks lose tonight, it's all over :-(((( Not sure if they blew a 3-1 series lead just to sell tickets at another game's worth of tickets... hope not. We'll see tonight. Could be on the tee-off as early as tomorrow!
