I just have some question about calorie deficit size...I'm 12% and going at a lb a week I'll get to 9% in 3-4 weeks but I'm confused about how big or small my deficit should be when getting lower than 12%...

yeah, i havent been able to find anyone who has gotten below 10%. All the logs just end at one point, I guess people just give up...

Hey guys,
I'm preparing for a competition, and am looking to get seriously low bodyfat. Started off with about 12-13% I'd say...
I've been on the diet 3 weeks, and at the moment, love the shape I'm in. Of course your muscles are slightly flat, but I look soooo much more ripped. Not at my target yet, but will get there within another 4 weeks I'd say.
Keep an eye out for my log, I'm posting progress pics in 3/4 days.

Logs end because they are impossible to keep up with.. I've made two attempts at a logging.. one lasted 4 days, the other 2, lol. I'm pretty sure I made it somewhere around 9% last summer.. I wouldn't say I cut them all that low, I upped my cardio a good bit, probably had cals in the 10 per lb range.. did that for a week or two maybe until I was happy, then went back to more normal eating.. then to overeating once I knew I wasn't taking my shirt off anymore for the season, lol.

Some people give up on the logs, not necessarily keto.
One thing that can sometimes happens as people get down to approaching single digit BF is the body starts fighting you a little bit. You have to change what you've been doing up to that point to keep the fat coming off. It can be tough to make those changes, if you even know how.
