I have no problem getting into position for all the poses and feel at ease doing them, However, the side tricep is killing me, it feels so uncomfortable getting the posed arm straight while holding the other arm, what could i be doing wrong? Is it a case of getting more motion out of my body??
Thanks

I also feel very uncomfortable in this position....and I feel like it is one of my worst poses for that very reason. I can't find that 'sweet spot.' I'd also like to hear any advice people can offer.

I doubt it's going to help much, but this is exactly what a side tricep is supposed to look like:

If you're not very lean right now, as you lean out your flexibility will increase and it should help.

I was thinking that, although im not carrying much fat. I do think a little would restrict me a little. Thanks

Try and work on some flexibility of the shoulder joint.
Maybe that will help

try mike mentzer like triceps pose....

here he does not bring his triceps very close to body and pushes his shoulders a bit back and this way you can hold your triceps better and have a bit more control
