20-30 min surgery, went well.
I have a boxing glove for a right hand, lots of wrapping which i'll have to keep on for 5 days. I feel pretty good, minor pain but obviously I can type.
It was on the bottom of my wrist near the carpal tunnel area. I'm hoping to get back to the gym on monday, maybe just do legs/cardio after my bandage is off.
If anyone has questions or has had this surgery and has any advice i will entertain either.
