I just figured it would be cool to log my workouts on here...

Just decided to go a few weeks ago, I workout alot anyway so was already in decent shape... Booked my flight yesturday now all I have to do it keep training...

Yesturday was a long day, don't usually train this much but..

12-1:30 No-Gi Grappling

3-5 Lifting
Shoulders Bi's and Tri's

6:30-8 Gi Grappling
Awesome workout in the Gi tonight


Have to make 194.5 with the Gi on

woke up this morning 193 so weight is in a good place...

196 this morning when I woke up.

Working 7-2 heading down to BJJ tonight from 3-7 for a long night of free rolling, no instruction tonight just a few horus of drilling and live wrestling with the GI on

Gotta see what time the Gym is open to tonight so I can get a light lift in before bed...

Just got back from training...

Got there at 4, did instructional techniques and stuff like that for an hour 4-5 Guard passes, arm bar drills, different techniques just to stay sharp...

5-7 we rolled in the Gi open mat awesome workout

right around 6 I took a break from rolling and did about 20 minutes of work on the exercise ball... really helps with balance and stability

Weighed 193 after training tonight...

Purple Belt meio-pesado (194.5 i think that means light heavy)

Class this morning at 10-11:30 got some good technique and some hard rolling in.

Starting taking Xtend supplement... actually after only one day I feel like my energy levels are up I feel better, probably just mental haha

Since I was feeling so good went to the gym around 4pm lifted full body and then cardio for 40 minutes...

cool log man. flyin all the way to carson california eh. nice.

ill be competing in whitebelt heavy division. cause im to lazy to cut.

Now I remember why my other training log didnt work out, hard to remember to get on here everyday and post about my workouts haha,

Anyway, just been working out a few times a day, getting in real good shape.

Weight it hovering at 193, eating good, starting getting more into boxing too for extra workouts and I'm planning on scheduling my first fight in a couple months so it never hurts to intensify my standup training...

Today having a light day, only going to work out once and take it easy but stay active, tomorrow is back to another long day of 3+ hours of rolling

T-minus 1 week until I fly out to Cali!
