To be honest (although I don't suffer from acne) I've had less spots than when I was on a 40/40/20

I've been on CKD for a little over a month and a half and it has DEFINITELY worsened my acne breakouts. Does anyone have any suggestions because I'd really like to stick it out?

eat more fish.......flax.........eat less cheese maybe......
It's really hard to comment when we don't know what your typical daily diet looks like.

i made this post like 4 months ago when i was about to start doing keto, and after that my face was a 100 times better than it was before. After some time I came to the conclusion that MILK was the cause of my acne. Before keto i was drinking about a gallon of milk a day and on keto i wasnt drnking even a glass. When i stopped keto i went back to drinking milk and knowticed more acne, now i dont drink anymore of it and seem to keep it undercontrol but still get some
