Sports Hernia Surgery

Would anyone like for me or think that it would be a good idea to log my sports hernia surgery recovery?

I dont know about logging it but i had it back when i was 21. 6 weeks to get over the damn surgery.!

Yeah I guess I did that like a year ago when I thought I was a BA lol, I prob need to change that a lil bit.

By the way would you say that recovery is 100%

How long ago did your problem start? What was your very first symptom?
Since your problem first occurred, have you stayed sports active? Have you taken any time off from sports completely? If so, how long?

By the way - Of course "sports hernia" (also known as athletic pubalgia) occurs in the same area of the lower abdomen as "inguinal hernia" (which is a true hernia, and much more commonly occuring than sports hernia), so it's easy for discussions to miscommunicate on that confusion, I think.
