I started a weight training (no cardio) to tone up my body. I am 5' 2", 102lbs with approx. 10% body fat. I want to maintain my current weight, maybe even add a couple of pounds of muscle, least to say. I'm walking on my feet M-F during work so I wasn't sure if doing cardio would prevent me from adding muscle size (burning too many calories????!). How much calories, protein, carbs, & fat should I be taking in daily?, thanks
