Ok, I've had this problem for a while but its at the point that I can't even do pushups my pecs are so tight. They spasm and the shoulder is tight now too. Just pushing on my underarms causes my hand to go numb and hurt. Any advise on how to fix this.
I've been to docs and no real help. I think part may be due to a bad bike wreck I was in. Also read and learned that it is overbuild chest and thoracic area and weak back.
SO : stretch the check/shoulders and due back/upper back/rhomboid exercises??
Anyone gotten well from this?
