Hi, for the passed 3 weeks I have been doing a lot of light work outs.

I basically dont touch anything heavy just decided to try going light with high reps.




Though I had a push up question.

right before work i do a push up set, maybe 3-4 sets for a total of 100 push ups.

and at night after work I do the same thing.


same with sit ups before and after work various different stomach exercises.


lately I have been doing them 4 days straight and I dont feel any kind of aching or being sore, so decided to take a break, do I need rest? although I dont feel any sort of pain its kinda freaky that I dont feel anything as if nothing happened. or its ok to this daily?

I heard that when it comes to your own bodyweight you should be able to train much more frequnetly than if you were using weights or added resistance. Personally though, I'm not sure I buy it because chin ups and pull ups are own bodyweight too and I can imagine ever getting away with trying them everyday.
I suppose also where you are doing the same thing everyday, your body is getting used to it and building a tolerance.
