I just finished my arm workout and I'm convinced I sprained my wrist. I was on my last set and I was doing reverse arm curls and my right wrist felt like it popped and now its very sore.
I just recently started wearing wrist supports (b.c my wrist has been getting increasingly sore) and they have seemed to help, unfortunately I didn't start using them earlier.
My chest workout is tommorow and I'm very sure I will have to postpone it due to my wrist.
Should I wear my wrist support when I sleep tonight to help stabilize the wrist? thanks.
