When ever I do the decline bench press I get this pain right around my clavival (collar bone) area. Its like a burning/stinging pain. It doesn't really start until after I rack the weight and only stays for a few seconds. But then when i bench again, then rack the weight it comes back and then goes away. Its like clock work...just wondering if it was because of something I was doing wrong or if the muscle around that area is just weak.
