*dont want to get no one in trouble with the music if your at work*

I did this after DE day on the bench...nothing special at all. I just wanted to see how many I could do after I was worn down! Enjoy

Good set. Last time I tried this after my working sets I think I only managed like 16 or so. You're a strong dude.

that is crazy strong, dude, especially at the end of your workout.

one thing I noticed is that you move your feet around a lot and your form isn't really as good as it could be.

if you would move your feet in closer to your body, get a slight arch going, tuck those shoulder blades, and stay tight throughout the whole set, you could probably be doing 10 more reps.
