Rest Day
Resting today and getting my body straight. Tommorow starts some big nutritional changes and last night I took my first serving of cryotest. So feeling some good effects already. Muscletech products I am taking now are INTRAVOL, MYOSHOCK and Cryotest. Its working well, so in the end it will pay off!

I been using Intravol for about 2 weeks now .. started off with Half Dose's then moved onto 2 scoops, it definitely gives you pumps your looking for.
I was always looking for something like this to give me the boost pre-during my workout and this was spot on effective. Wasn't expensive, got a shaker with it as well an its been fine since.
Did legs while using Intravol and blew them out nicely. Was sore the whole next day could barely walk/get out of bed.

Some big nutrition changes underwent today, hopefully they work well! They should though, me and aj corrected some mistakes from before. But, I AM PUMPED to do legs tonight! I am stacking myoshock, cryotest and of course, INTRAVOL. ITS TIME TO TRAIN INSANE! IF I DO NOT, I WILL REMAIN THE SAME ;)

Good Luck with IntraVol! Ive never been to big of a fan of muscletech, but am willing to try new things. Im guessing this is somewhat like SizeOn. And i wouldnt mind trying this when i start lean bulking again, the only thing holding me back is the price.
But that free shakers prolly worth it huh? haha. But Good luck keep posting, seems that your getting the same great results that i received from SizeOn.

lol my boy works at gnc and i guess they always get MT samples to give to customers and he grabbed sum...well a box...60packs lol hes my lifting partner and gave me 30 of fruit punch and i used today and i mixed with my SizeOn(lemon ice) and i gotta say it tasted bomb as lemony and fruit punchy lol dunno about the effects to early to tell but ill let yah know after these 30 servings run out lol
btw all that remains ****ing own lol chiron,2 weeks, this calling all bomb as songs **** rap :P lifting time is new metal time

Notes: Felt weird to do DB press again but ill get used to it. No spot, so couldent get that intense with it. Stimulation in the pecs was amazing and I know this new program will work. Im MURDERING calves 2x a week, and in about a week or two im taking a rest week. Need to recover and heal :). This Wednesday new nutrition changes will be decided upon! I had trouble today with one meal and a dumb teacher (DONT ASK). But now if I have to a shake and oats will do. Got to keep pushing and learning getting big comes slow!
Stimulation notes: Going deeper with DB's actually pays off. Unlike these other goons who think just pushing it up a few inches does! and a full stretch and contract on flyes are needed! THEY PAY OFF TO!
