question about powerlifting. i have read some where that powerlifters can workout muscle groups more frequently than bodybuilders??? and how long should powerlifters be at the gym?? i know about the 45 min **** and hormones going down after that but when powerlifting more rest is taken between sets than body builders, sometimes up to 5 min for me and the number of sets is usually more than 3 there around 5-7 for me. if you know anything just let me know it would be a huge help.

I would not spend too much time stressing the time between sets if you are working with near ME weights. Attack it when you're ready.

I would, however, stay in school and focus on my punctuation and organizational skills.
