Currently doing something like this

Day 1

Bench 4x6
Military 4x6
Incline 4x6
Then some other tricep and shoulder stuff that would be 3 sets of 6

Day 2

Bent Row 4x6
Pull Down 4x6
Seated Row 4x6
Then some other back and bi stuff that would be 3sets of six

Day 3

Squat 4x6
Deadlift 4x5
then some other leg stuff 3 to 4 sets of 6

Im starting to plateau and wondering if i should work chest and back together and arms together and then have a shoulder and leg day

I wanna get stronger but I want to lose weight? I always do Back and Bis and Chest and Tris together. Should I switch it up?

If youre lifts have platued and your keeping a good diet/rest plan. You might want to change up your routine or atleast deload. Simply switching biceps and triceps day wont make a big difference. You have to introduce a new kind of workload that will tax your muscles and neurons in a way it hasnt been in a while (or ever). My advice, try a completely different routine. When I switched from a Bill Starr's style workout to Ed Coans Big 3, my lifts shot up.
