Thanks man, yeah they are some pretty funny guys.

The mouth piece is more of a mental thing but I feel that it helps to bite down on it when your grinding through that last rep.

yeah, thats a huge jug of ammonia haha thats awesome. ahh, ive not really pulled much. been trying to get this friggin bench up. i managed to crank out 290x2 monday but, baseballs going to make progress hard on me. im gonna start pulling again this week.

I still walk out from the monolift which kind of defeats the whole purpose but when your squatting with a bunch of people it's so much easier to adjust rack height.
