Hey Guys and Gals,

Im back. After a Long Retreat from the forums I am back and ready to update you all with BB life

I have not been able to post any updates but dont worry I have been working out hard and heavy eating clean foods and lots of them, well a lot in the offseason about now I could go for a little cheesecake Mmmmmmmmmm

Anyways work wise I am the eastern sales manager for a great company BODYWELL NUTRITION and that has taken up a lot of my life. But the traveling and fun of building something from the ground up is amazing. Watch out for our new products coming out they are going to be ground breaking.

Secondly I have met and am now dating the best gal in the world. Her name is Casandra. She is my spanish beauty and helps me with everything. cooking and pushing me in the gym.

At this moment I am 7 weeks out from my show and things are looking sooooo great. I am doing the same show as last year the BLNPA and when I say I am bringing it I am not kidding around. Last year I did well
1st in JR and Novice overal
2nd in Open light heavies
But this year. I am going for 1st down the board and bringing home that pro card

Since being with my spanish beauty she has helped me push my chest and shoulders to new heights. I am starting to see that cap to my shoulders and roundness to my chest that I have not had since my shoulder surgery some 4 years back.

My legs and Back always Good muscle groups for me have improved since last year also.

Anyways below are some links to my articles I wrote about the beginning of my contest prep:

Looking solid man, I think you have a real shot at it! You have great size in your arms, as well as definition in the legs. The link you gave took me to a page not found error, you may have to try that again. Only one off day a week with that split... don't you find you get worn down lifting 6 days a week, especially while dieting? I have a hard time handling more than 4 or 5 myself. What is your diet going to look like?

Great workout Shoulders were pumped and striated:

DB Presses 3x12/8/8 75/80/85
DB Side Laterals Drop sets 3 Sets First Drop Set I used 35/30/25 Second Drop Set 40/35/30/25 third drop set 40/35/30/25/20 all weights I repped out about 10 reps with a 10 sec hold on the last one
Hammer Strength 3x15/9/9 45 and 25 on each side on first set and 2 45s on the second set
DB Rear Delt Flies 3x15 45 with 15-20 sec rest between sets

Leg Press Calf Press 3x12 Very Slow rep speed
Seated Calf Raise 3x12 Very Slow Rep Speed

After every workout I do abs.

Hanging Leg Raises supersetted with Decline sit ups 3x12 back and forth till I am done.

You dont need to kill the abs with heavy weight or a lot of sets just a little each day and you will get those tight abs
Vacuum Pose is all mine this year.
