I recently got a camera so I recorded my lifts.

There are a few things I can see, let me know what your thoughts are on my form.

for you squats, there's quite a bit of knee travel... you need to sit back into the lift more

I was thinking that the squats look good - just make sure you stay tight at the bottom. You're doing a sumo-style deadlift which is more upright than conventional, but it still looks like you need to get the hips back a bit more (and lean forward slightly) when you're doing them.

Lol, I have just a hard time with this I either round my lower back trying to bend at the hips more or fall over backwards. More flexibility will probably solve this though.

Like starting with my hips higher like in my avatar?

I can see I have some lumbar flexion neither of you noticed this so it must not be all that bad, any thoughts?

Are you trying to high or low bar squat?

Low, for IPF.

Low, for IPF.

Try sitting back into it a bit more and let your back angle come a little more horizontal.

Think about just driving your ass up, looks like you're almost trying to do a low bar squat in high bar style.
