I know there are a few of the ol' keto guys around still. MarkIV (is he still doing CKD?) I remember BeejGrpA, but haven't seen him for a while.

Anyway, I was wondering if there were a few members here who used keto for the last few BF percentages and had luck. I'm around 13% after a little neglect, and my goal is to get to a healthy 8%-9% using CKD.

I was hoping to find some other people in a similar situation who have had luck doing it. I ask this because the majority of people doing a CKD/TKD seem to be a little higher BF wise. I was also wondering how long it takes, because I'm curious as to how fast the process is. How long does it take to drop 1% on a keto diet? Any feed back would garner many thanks

In fact, in keto you drop the water retention, therefore your BF% is lower on keto. Maybe you see more fat people using keto, because it's a new way to lose fat, and it's damn easy :P. On a side note, bodybuilders goes low carb before a competition to shred the last bit of % BF. I'm planning to cut down to 9% with keto, bulk back with regular diet. Keto is probably the best to go into the low % and it's great to control hunger!

How long does it take to lose 1% fat ? Depends on so many factors, I can drop 1% in a week, and the next one in a month.
