Hey I thought i should make one of these things to help me stay motivated for a fight i want in April. I will post the Meals i eat everyday and what Training i have been doing to prepare.I will also put in a good pump up song of the day.I will try to update this daily if i have the time.

Tuesday Febuary 17
The Meals may sound small but they are in big portions

Meal1(breakfast):Kashi Go Lean Crunch With Mixed in fruit
Snack:3 spoons of chunky peanut butter
Snack:Couple handfuls of granola
Meal 2(lunch): White rice with chopped up mango and coconut
Snack: Banana Protein shake
Snack:Cup of dried fruit
Meal 3(supper)- Small bowl of spaghetti
Snack: Banana and apple

Training Session
6:00(Fighter Training)- Today i did some muay thai with alot of the pro fighters at my gym. My leg got its ass kicked in this class. It is bruised to ****.
6:30(Fighter Training)- For this last half hour we worked on some grappling from stand up to the ground. In this session i got 1 guillotine choke. I did not get submitted in tha half hour.
7:00(BJJ Class)- I went straight from fighter training to
Rolling. Our Trainer decided to let us roll for this starting half hour. In this time i got one mounted guillotine choke and got submitted by knee bar.At 7:30 we drilled some moves from the having the back. Learned a really sweet new move for me called the excorsist.Then we began to drill out the anaconda choke

Wensday Febuary 18th

Meal 1(breakfast): Two Slices of toast Pb and nutella. Cup of Coffee
Snack: Couple handfuls of granola
Snack:Apple
Meal2(lunch):Oatmeal with bannana
Snack:Protein Shake
Meal 3(dinner): Steak with corn


Training Session

6:00- (Fighter training) 45 minutes of muay thai sparring than 15 mins of jujitsu technique. Got kicked in the liver twice. It ****en hurt big time.
7:00- (MMA class) Half hour of drilling escapes from half guard. Then half hour of rolling from half guard. Didnt get submitted in this session. I got one RNC

Thursday Febuary 19th

Meal 1: Oats With Peanut butter
snack:Strawberries
Snack:Couple handfuls of granola
Meal 2:Brown Rice With Chicken Breast
snack:Protein SHake
snack:Cup of Coffee and some more oats
Meal 3: Steak and Noodles

Training
6:00(Fighter Training)- Half hour of boxing. Once I was warmed up I started to do well and landed alot of really good combinations.
6:30-Half Hour of rolling starting from the half guard. Didnt land any subs here. Also did not get subbed in this session
7:00-(Bjj class) Learned a cool modified guillotine choke which we drilled for around 20 minutes.We then drilled out the excorsict for another 10 minutes.
7:30- Half Hour of rolling starting from knees. Did really good in this session. I got one anaconda choke and a rear naked choke. Did not get submitted in the half hour.

Friday Febuary 20th(Lite workout at home)

Meal 1: Two Slices of Toast
Snack:Bannana
Lunch:White rice
Snack: Couple Spoons of Peanut butter
SNack:Protein shake
Supper: Whole wheat Pasta

Workout:
6:00 Half Hour of Bas all around mma rounds
6:30: Half Hour of Bodyweight workout

End of Training

Saturday Febuary 21st (Cardio day)
Meal 1:Toast with coffee
snack: Protein Shake with Oats
Meal 2:Tuna sandwhich with some mixed vegg
snack: Sushi
Meal 3:Steak with sweet potato and coliflower
Snack:Mixed Veggies

6:00-Half hour of running sprints on treadmile on full incline. (1 minute sprints 1 Minute Rest).
6:30- Bas Rounds MMA
7:00 Bas Rounds Muay Thai

Sunday Is rest day

Always the best day of the week. Most of what i do today is ice, Strech and Load up on some carbs

Moday Febuaray 23

Breakfast:Two Slices of toast,Monster cup of coffee
Lunch: Oats With sweet potatoe(Yes sounds nasty but awesome carbs
Snack: Couple spoons of Nutty Peanut Butter
Snack:Granola and Dried Fruit
Supper: White Rice With Chicken Breast

Training
6:00(fighter training)-This class was extremely easy we did some pad work with each other and drilled some takedowns for the rest of the hour
7:00- (MMA class) Worked on a flow from being on the knees to guillotine choke to flowing to mount to arm bar from mount.
7:30(rolling) . Had tons of energy from easy light Fighter training today. Got a few straight arm bars. Also had some strong ground and pound today. I got knee bared once by a pro but other that that probably one of the best days of rolling for me

Tuesday Febuarary 25th

Breakfast: Kashi go Lean crunch, Coffee
Lunch: Cup Of white rice,Cup of oats
Snack: Granola Bar
Snack: Yogurt with apple and oats
Supper: Two Baked Potatoes

Training session
6:00(Fighter Training)- Today was a lot harder than yesterday. Started off with some plain boxing sparring which lead to muay thai sparring. Then we added in sparring with takedowns. After that in the last ten minutes we drilled some arm bar defense
7:00(MMA Class)- Drilled out the modidifed guillotine choke agian then did a flow from that to arm bar.
7:30- Started rolling. Landed 4 Subs today all were on noobs so it was nothing really to be proud of three straight arm bars and one rear naked choke.

Wensday Febuarary 25

Breakfast: Big cup of coffee, two slices of toast
Lunch: Bowl of White rice
snack:cup of oats
Snack: Peach yogurt with apple mixed in
Supper: bbq pork with potatoes( sounds fatty but the pork was actually suprisingly lean)

Training
Fighter Training 6:00- For the first ten minutes we did this really cool full body curcuit. There was about ten excersizes per round and you had to do each one for a minute intill you had gone through the entire curcuit. We did this three times. It was a very hard circuit lots of turkish get up and full squats etc.
6:10-Muay thai sparring for the rest of the class
7:00(MMA class) For the first half hour we worked on our escapes from half guard
7:30- We started to roll at this time. I got submitted three times lol. One peruvian necktie and two knee bars. But this time around there wasnt anyone in the class who was at my level everyone that took the class today has had 3+ fights if not more. But it was awesome conditioning for me today.

Thursday Febuarary 27

Diet today was like an exact replica of yesterday so im not gonna bother posting it.

Training
6:00(Fighter Training)- Head coach was out of town so we didnt do anything special except kick the **** out of each other. We did some Muay thai sparring for the first half hour. Im starting to get more confident now with my sparring I am just now starting to add more combonations onto the end of my punches. I use to just do 1,2 body shot. Now its like 1,2,3 body shot ,Leg kick,right uppercut left hook. In the last half hour of fighter training we did rolling. I got two subs. I got one kimura from north south and one armbar from his back.

7:00- In this class are head teacher was gone so one of the fighters had to teach us today. He showed us a really cool kneebar and he showed us the 'teepee'(which is just a better way to finish the triangle).At 7:30 In class i got caught in one guillotine choke. But landed an arm bar and a neck crank on the same guy.

Friday February 28
Dont usually go to train on weekend but i do workouts that are physically just as hard most of the time

Today i did the bas rutten all around mma workout 3 minute rounds
Then I did the muay thai rounds

Saturday February 29
Awesome day of cardio for me
Woke up early mo

rning and did The mma rounds and muay thai agian. Later after supper when to the track and ran tough 100m sprints for 45 minutes (with rests of course)

Sunday

Absolutly Nothing But streching and gaming.

Time Spent training this week:Around 9 and a half hours
