some cahdio today.. I am writing this late and it was pretty much a rest day so take it as it is.

60 hike and 30 minutes on mill with a slow mile to relax at end of day.

I have a long way to catch up and surpass my past cardio and strength levels. :(

so yeah, eating..

Not much brah, how's south Carolina treating you? I am busy with school and not working much, but when more money rolls in I will probably come down.

Im updating my schedual.. so that will be irrelevent.

Also I am gonna go back to sambo when i get more cash.

Living on a friends couch.

Im sick atm but before i got sick i was doing some sick workouts. Feeling healthy and strong. Head is clear and seeing where I need to improve. Trying to get 2 sessions a day in everyday. Gunna be fighting soon. Looking for a promotion to fight for.

Yes. In N. Branford CT. Steve Koepher was also nice enough to allow me to visit in NYC if/when i can/want.

Wow strong flu.. worked out a bit anyway.

all I did was..
20" bike, good mornings where I got up to about 200lbs x 3 and db split squats...3x4 and left.

FLUUUU

Serious fever, nasuea.. rested most of the day.. but forced myself to the gym to at least walk on the mill for a bit and drink alot of water.

Upgrading diet soon.

I am going to try to do what I can tommorow. I should return to sambo in a couple of weeks as well. I am pretty psyched.

Still sick so just a little cardio.

Did two short sessions of cardio and some sauna ..
20" bike/sauna early.

30" bike later on at night.

Still sick lol.

ok im back in the gym finally.. still have a URI but I am working out.

Today I just did some light cardio..15 bike/ 15 mill. Then spent 25" in the sauna.

I am gonna do some bag work in 20 minutes. will update tonight.
