Hey,

I was wondering if anyone can answer. I am wondering if I am getting to much BCAA's or if it matters.

I find I am getting about 15 g to 20 g a day in misc supplements not counting regular food. I was wondering if this is too much, or will the body just get rid of what it does not use?
