im basically doing this for myself to keep track and keep me motivated.
as of today:
im 6' 201lbs
i have pectus excavatum. that means that my chest bones concave inward more than the normal person. for most people this means a very weak chest, but i'm trying my hardest to be the biggest and stronger person with pec ex. this means my bench isnt as high as it should be, but im trying to concur this.
second, i blew out my meniscus 2 years ago and my legs turned into twigs. im finally comfortable enough that i can squat and my knee wont bother me. ive been hitting them hard for the past few months starting from scratch again.
so my lifts arent as impressive as they should be for my size but i wont let this **** stop me.

( i know this sucks bad, but my chest and legs have had major problems)
im on the bill star 5x5 and gaining strength very rapidly, but im looking for size aswell. would love to be 220lbs atleast.
