ive always had wobbly shoulders, even tho i can lift very heavily in many excercises, i cant bench very much, maybe 225 for 5 reps before my shoulder gives out, this isnt very much for my size and compared to my other lifts, after researching ive come to the conclusion that i have chronic shoulder instability in both of of my shoulders ( my shoulders can do this same exact thing ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1q9kdymS2tI

- and lately a few months to now, my god dam hips! have started to act up now.. both of them !, i can pop them out of place when i flex and do certain motions and i can wobble them around the same way as i do with my shoulders, all tho not as a freely or easy since ive already been having the shoulder issue for alot longer

the idea of having all my 4 major joints ****ed up, scares the living hell out of me, cuz total joint replacement in 4 major areas is not a joke.

- i was thinking about taking , DECA-DURABOLIN at very low dosages ( 200 ) mg a week, with testosterone at 150mg a week, wich is the recommnded dosage by doctors for ligament, tendon, joint repair, for 1.5 months at the beginning of the year and during the middle of the year, to keep my joints in good condition, ofcourse this will also require i stop lifting heavy and just concentrate on good form, light weight and muscle building, i will also take TRIFLEX wich is a very potent diatery supplent to help rebuild cartilage and promote good joint health... ill take that for 2 months after each cycle.

let me know what u guys think and if anyones had fkd up problems like this b4
