i am currently training for my first show in april. i have lost 15 pounds with no problem(215 down to 200). now im stuck. i havent lost or gained in a week. i was told to try the Polumbo diet but all i can find is just bitts and pieces. does anyone have a full out-line i can follow?

my current diet for the past 2 months is:

breakfast: 2scoops whey w/ 1 egg mixed
1 packet oatmeal
6oz grapefruit juice
Banana
meal 2: 1 piece orange roughy
1cup brown rice

meal 3: 2 pieces chicken breast
mixed vegetables(8-carrots, 6-broccoli, 3-aspearagus)
1 cup brown rice

meal 4: 1 scoop whey/ 1 scoop Casian

pre/post workout: 1scoop whey/ 2 scoop whey

meal 5: 1 chicken breast
mixed vegetable
1 scoop casian

feel free to add or re-vamp my current diet. a full outline of the Polumbo diet would be much appreciated. thanks for any advice.

i.e. currently doing 1 hour of cardio(30min. of LIT before/ 30min HIT after)

Stuck in a rut you say. Have you tried 4 wheel drive if you have it?

If that hasnt worked i guess you will have to call a friend or a tow truck to pull you out.

Not serious.

You can find info on the Palumbo diet here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5899101

Be careful if you plan to switch to that, it is a risky move to change up your program so drastically (LC to keto) at a time so near your show.

Your diet needs a overhaul. Read the books in the site below. They will give you a better idea of where to go.
