I didn't workout for a 4/5 weeks and today I had my first workout

I'll just post my benching

BTW here's recent "progress" pic

well, it ain't much of a progress because I haven't lift for 4/5weeks

weight is somewhere between 205-210lbs

I had tricpes/biceps workout yesterday and that's the only part worth posting from last week.

I'll just post CGBP:

Warm up:
132lbs x 15
220lbs x 8
231lbs x 3
265lbs x 1

Workout:
265 x 9
286 x 3
220 x 13
265 x 5

Ever try smith squats? I don't care what people say, they hit my quads like nothing else.

I don't like smith machine.

I'll just do leg press and stuff, my legs grow pretty fast so they'll live without squats.

here's pic

NOTE: left is slightly rotated to the outside so it shows more muscles and looks bigger. my legs are pretty uneven but not like this.

Squats are awesome, I'm still doing them with back pain, so I don't know why are you complaining that they "don't feel natural". If you don't like them just say it, don't sugar coat it so it makes you look better mayne.

The truth is, squats demotivate me.....


I try so hard on them and I step in the gym and struggle with 110kg for 5reps

I mean wtf?

I'm gonna take a break for a few weeks/months, then I'll go back to squatting

maybe try different stances and bar positions? even though i suck at squatting i know that can make quite a difference

You lifting for ego or what? 5 reps are hard? Do them you phaggot. It'll become easy soon enough.
