bench press and arms done in same work out session
50kg at 12 reps times 2 sets.
60kg at 10 reps times 2 sets.
40kg at 12 slow reps times 1 set,
bicep curls ez bar
10kg at 12 reps times 2 sets.
12kg at 12 reps times 2 sets.
15kg at 8 reps times 1 sets.
obv there is more to my work out plan than this but this is the section i want commenting on. on my arms i do one day working out then 2 full days off then back on again.
advice please but professional advice no nooby random out burst. reps for good advice :)
my arms need a bit of a boost in size they have made minour gains since i started one year ago. check my pics for more of an insight. my profile pic is my arms at there best.
with my chest i do one day on 3-4 full rest days.
