Got going on Bill Star's 5x5 again. When I finished my senior varsity football season, I did Bill Star and then went to a split. I hated the split, and saw far greater results while doing the 5x5.
I'm 5'8". 198 lbs. (Was 220 during the season).
My personal best lifts (all-time) are -
Bench 215
Squat 350
Deadlift 365
Clean 185
Currently my lifts are at -
Bench 205
Squat 325
Deadlift 365
Clean 165
My goals are to move bigger weight and get trimmer. Long term wise I'd like to cut down to about 180 and then maybe bulk back up. Weight isn't such a big factor to me, though. Its more about looking good now that I'm done with football.
