Can I get your feedback on what you are taking for your post workout carbs? I've done a lot of research and becoming overloaded with different products.

I'm no lady but I am training my lady. I have her on 1/3 apple, few blue berries and rasberries along with 15g of iso protien drink immediately following her workout,....30 minutes later she eats 1/4 cp cooked rice and 2oz chicken breast then 1 hr after training a mix of lean weight gain and whey isolate. I use the whole anabolic hr. after training. Very wise to introduce smart carbs during this time! hope this helps.
