Well after taking two weeks off to recover, I've decided to go back to my old Renzo Gracie gym and train. I have no training partners at my current gym and Gracie has three or four fighters I can train with. They have more classes that would be easier for me to work around, plus my trainer there is the sh*t. My goals of this ongoing journal will be to compete and WIN grapplers and/or NAGA, and not take 2nd like last time. I also plan to fight again before the beginning of the summer and I will not lose. I also wanna add 10-12lbs in order to cut to my desired weight and be a big bully in my division. I'll probably start going back to classes nearing the end of the week.

I'll post my workout/diet for today later tonight. BRB, School.

Oh yeah, I'll post some bewbz later too to keep it interesting for you filthy perverts.

Today I worked chest, abs, and forearms. Also did a five mile run.

Yeah man, I find it very hard to gain weight though, especially once I go back to training twice a day. I have to eat like a horse and everyone I live with gets pissed lol.

today was supposed to be my off day but i hate off days so i ran 3miles in 18:30. PR bish weooo.
Anyhoo...my diet was:
One: Six Eggs, Coffee, Flax Seed, Fish Oil, C0Q10, Multi
Two: Tuna Fish on Flax Seed bread with Almonds
Three: Apple, Almonds, Natty PB (weakkkk)

well I haven't updated in awhile because i'm a fat stupid homo so i'll do it now. first off, i gotta stop drinking for awhile. i like to party but 2x a week is just too much with training.

Anywhoo, last week I ran a total of 18 miles which I'm pretty satisfied with. I gotta get back to a more muscular endurance style because running simply doesn't do it.

I lifted legs on Saturday and I'm walking like a homo since. I can't sit down on the toilet without almost falling off of it. So I went for a full body massage yesterday and it also came with a happy ending, but thats neither here nor there. So in the spirit of my first Asian heres teh bewbz:

I lifted chest yesterday, same as my first chest workout:

Then went to BJJ Gi at Renzo Gracie. I have to say, I effing HATE GI. I'm not even sure I'm gonna continue doing it. I think I'm going to stick with my old gym on Mondays/Wednesdays for no-gi and go to Renzo on Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat for no-gi and stand-up. I really feel gi to be counter productive to what I'm trying to do, especially after training no-gi for nearly a year. No offense to anyone who does gi, its just not for me.

I also bumped up my calories by 1,000 by adding whole grain oats om nom nom.

haha yeah it sounds as awkward as it is but it helps with balance and lower back strength.

sry i hasn't been updating, i've just been busy with school and being unemployed. I just went back to my old gym, the no-gi one. I effin love it, I can't even believe I stopped going and tried going back to gi. I got swamped training gi, not one sub. Then I go back to no-gi and land: a flying arm-bar, a short arm scissor, triangle, kneebar, and a toe hold. I feel like a man again.

My liftings been going pretty good, I gained 5lbs since I started this log.
Yesterday I did:
Bench Press: 135x20x2, 225x12x2, 275x5x2, 225x12x2, 135x20x2
DB Incline BP: 90'sx12x5

well i haven't posted in like 4 days because i'm an idiot and forgot to. thursday was kick boxing and we basically worked kicks on the thai bag alllll class. My instructor also includes some hapkido and tkd in our training occasionally so we did almost 1,000 crescent kicks which sucked. Friday I lifted 5x5 chest and PR'd on my last set at 280x5. Then I went down to the lake and ran the bike course 3.5 miles. I did that saturday too. Sunday I sat on my fat duff all day and ate like a king. Yesterday I lifted back and shoulders again and then went to grappling and worked an assload of sweeps.

Yesterday did Delts/Back/Heavy Abs:

You mentioning sweeps caused me to flashback of the Henderson vs Jackson fight. I gotta try some of that ****. Lulz.

Other than the Kimura sweep from the bottom, some of that **** was just batballs crazy.

CP, Old school FTW. We worked on that Kimura sweep the other day, however whenever we role and I get it I say f*ck it and just go straight for the kimura hehehe.

Anyhoo, yesterday I did chest, shadow boxed, then 7 hours later ran three miles and went to grappling class.

BB Bench Press: 135x20, 255x6x5, 135x20
Peck Deck Fly: 130x18, 160x12x5, 130x18
Inc DB BP: 90x12x5
Flat Alt DBBP: 90x10x5
Decline DB BP: 90x12x5
Dips SSW/ Forearm Curls
WT ABS
Shadow Box: 10x3min Rounds with 30 seconds rest. Worked mostly combos of 3.

Grappling we worked a lot of ankle locks and kneebars. We rolled and I caught a hands free toe-hold, armbar from knee on belly, armbar from mounted triangle, and a kneebar from guard. Felt good overall.

I haven't been updating simply because i'm a lazy **** since I started training 5 days a week, 3 of which are doubles.

This mornings workout:
Deadlifts: 135x20, 285x8x5, 135x20
Power Cleans: 135x10x6
BB Rows: 245x10x6
Wide Chins: BWx20x5
Shrugz: 255x12x6
WT ABS
20 Mins Shadow Boxing (Combos of 3)
2 Mile Run in 13 mins

Now I'm off to grappling class in about twenty minutes for two hours. When todays over I will have trained more than I slept last night =/ I added waxy maize starch to my diet though and I feel a lot more replenished. I recommend it ;)

Last night at grappling I did pretty good. We learned a couple new ways to hit heel hooks. Then we rolled for around 25 minutes. I hit three kneebars, two armbars, and an arm triangle from guard. I also tried a flying kneebar for the lols. Needless to say, it didn't work. Off to school brehs.

Yesterday we did MMA sparring. I caught four subs (armbar, americana, kneebar, omaplata) and a crucifix. The more I find myself on the ground in dominant positions to attack the face, such as the crucifix, the more I want to bypass amateur fights and just start pro. In amateur in NJ you cannot strike the face on the ground, and for me this sucks.

The more I find myself on the ground in dominant positions to attack the face, such as the crucifix, the more I want to bypass amateur fights and just start pro. In amateur in NJ you cannot strike the face on the ground, and for me this sucks.

I like the crucifix, I hope to get that in a fight and just drop elbows mercilessly. That is wierd you can't strike the face on the ground. I guess you have to work the body just to set up the sub. If that is the case, the bottom man can't strike up either, right?

yeah, I think its as soon as someones knee hits the ground, no more striking the head. Also, you cannot knee or kick the head at all. Pretty ghey.

that is harsh but i dont know about skipping all the way better think hard :-P you can always develop other parts of your game in the ammy rule set.

Even though I remain unemployed, I still find myself pretty busy so this is hard to update all the time. Anyway, training has been going swell. However last week I definitely over did it and ended up straining muscles in my neck and head, but its better now.

Anyhoo yesterday 1030AM:
-30 Mins Stand-up tech work
-1.5 Hour Lifting
-1.5 Hour Grappling
-2.5 mile run

Lifting looked like:
Bench Press: 135x20, 255x5x6, 135x20
Peck Deck Fly: 130x20, 160x12x6, 130x20
DBBP: 90x12x6
Inclince DBBP: 90x10x6
Inc Fly: 50x10x5
WT Abs ~20 Mins

At grappling we had some newbz so I pretty much conditioned and then taught them basics. Mehhh.

Yeah it makes class a whole new workout with an extra 45lbs. I could imagine medicine balls being a miserable workout if done properly. A 60lbs medicine ball is going to suckkkk.
